Senior Estimator - Fit Out, City of London

Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting a premium brand main contractor, who specialise in fit out and heavy refurbishment, with their search for an experienced Senior Estimator. Being one of the biggest names in the fit-out industry, they strive to provide a very high level of service to their clients which is maintained by providing their staff with the highest level of training and support. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team of professionals on this very rare occasion, who are genuinely offering progression to the right candidate who wants to progress up to Managing Estimator level. Our client delivers high-profile projects worth up to £20m in the commercial, residential, retail, leisure, and hospitality sectors working for both blue-chip and SME clients. Our client have a large pipeline of projects ready to take place in the coming years and you will be responsible for maintaining and building on this. The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm, commitment and passion towards estimating. You will have an excellent understanding of the overall estimating role. A minimum of 10 years' experience is required for this role, with a stable track record within the construction industry. You will report to the Preconstruction Manager and work within a team of 8 people.
