Gas Contracts Manager, London

Our client, a large national housing maintenance contractor based in the South East, currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Gas Contracts Manager to join their housing maintenance division within Hammersmith and Fulham.  This role will be on a new, long term partnering framework. You will be responsible managing a team of supervisors and engineers delivering refurbishment and maintenance works to Plant rooms and HIU's. You will also be responsible for smaller reactive works such as radiator repairs and wet works. Your team will consist of a team of 6 engineers and office staff. Within the role, you will be tasked with driving your team forward to deliver works to the correct standard, attending progress meetings with clients, ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered too by your team and ensuring targets and deadlines are met.  To apply for this role, you must have the following - A minimum of five years experience managing gas teams on commercial projects Strong experience within social housing and commercial  BMP1 CCN1 CDGA1 CIGA1 CMDDA1 CODNC01 CORT1 CPA1 ICPN1 TPCP1 A Full Clean Driving Licence This is a great opportunity to join a reputable and established business.
