The ideal candidate will have: * A sound knowledge of tools, equipment and materials common to the Electrical Trade * CSCS card is preferable (not essential) * City and Guilds Trade Qualifications * Good communication skills, both verbal & written This role will involve working in both the social housing sector as well as commercial properties
