Electrical Service Engineer - South London Mobile with Van An excellent opportunity has arisen for a multi-skilled engineer has arisen to join a company working mobile around South London. You will be carrying out planned and reactive M&E maintenance within various sectors. This May include Healthcare, Education, Local Authority, Listed Buildings and Transport. You will be providing first line response to all emergencies during normal working hours and out of hours when on call. The required candidate must be Electrically biased and have a Mechanical and Plumbing knowledge and experience. To undertake all M&E reactive and planned maintenance tasks allocated and complete to an agreed standard. To ensure work is carried out in compliance with all health and safety requirements and to adhere to the best working practices. Work towards the achievement of tasks within SLA times, work orders opened and closed in real time To act in accordance to the Health and Safety policy when issues as such arise To effectively diagnose and identify faults and failures with equipment and systems and provide effective solutions and escalate where necessary. In this client facing role you are required to ensure compliance with dress code and maintain your vehicle in good condition at all times. To actively support colleagues building a teamwork approach e.g. - supporting with other trades or training of apprentices and communicating regularly and assisting when required. Expect to be working on Electrical testing, Lighting and emergency lighting systems, AHUs, extract fans, door curtains, ductwork Pumps, fans, motors, BMS and other control systems and wiring. SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS: Recognised Apprenticeship or qualifications in Heating and Ventilation A valid UK driving licence BS 7671:18th edition Gas Safe Certified - Desirable The basic salary will be in the region of £32,000 - £38,000 (dependent upon experience).
