Senior Ecologist, London

My client is Environmentally focused, and works with clients within Residential Development, Infrastructure, and high profile Conservation Projects. Employee owned and lead this consultancy is looking to grow their London team with a strong Ecologist who is also a strong, competent leader. Competent in gaining new business as well as managing and developing teams, this role will be more office based than many ecologist roles. Person Requirements: ? Demonstrable Ecological Consultancy experience inc surveying/working with protected species and all associated report preparation ? Proven capabilities in project winning, delivery and management ? and of team management, supervision and growth ? Demonstratable experience and capability in preparation of Ecological Impact Assessments , Appropriate Assessment Screening reports and Natura Impact Statement reports ? including experience in developing relevant / appropriate mitigation strategies, as required. ? Relevant degree level qualification plus appropriate level of membership of CIEEM or equivalent My client embraces a professional and positive working environment with continued development and progression opportunities.
