Role Title: Experienced Residential Property Solicitor Location: Uckfield Salary: Dependent on Experience A great opportunity as arisen for an experienced conveyancing solicitor to join a highly reputed Sussex firm, covering a wide range of conveyancing work. This position is based in Uckfield and it is offered on a full time, permanent basis. The client is a well established law firm situated in Sussex and have supported homemakers across Sussex for generations. You will be joining a small friendly team which has plans for expansion as the Conveyancing Department grows. As the conveyancing solicitor, you'll be handling your own caseload of residential property matters, from initial instruction through to completion including leasehold, freehold, shared ownership, Help to Buy and new build properties. You will have plenty of client contact and have the opportunity to develop new business. You will likely be a qualified conveyancing solicitor (2+ years' PQE), licensed conveyancer or legal executive and have a proven track record of handling a broad mix of conveyancing files.
