3rd Line Technical Support - CCNA The JM Group are working with a leading insurance company based in the centre of London, who are looking for a 3rd Line Technical Support Engineer, on a 6-month contract, paying £450-£500 per day. The IT Security Infrastructure Engineer must have the following skills: *Excellent experience of VMWare, Storage, and Cisco network devices. *Previous experience working with technical knowledge of Microsoft technologies, Server OS, AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS, WSUS *Experience with Azure cloud technology. *Must be qualified in Cisco CCNA Security / Routing *Must have hands on troubleshooting experience. *Working knowledge of VOIP Telephony. *Strong knowledge of virtual environment (Vmware and Citrix) *Track record of technical delivery working within a fast paced & pressured environment. *Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
