As a Sales Negotiator you will have at least 6 months property experience in the local market. Sales Negotiators need to be confident in managing your own workload but also happy to help and support the wider team. As a sales negotiator you will be responsible for liaising and negotiating directly with our clients so you need to be articulate, able to talk to all walks of life, be friendly and personable. You also need to have strong communication and organisation skills with a passion for property and for representing a reputable local firm. You will be ambitious, hungry to succeed and be a phenomenal team player who excels in a high pressure environment. What will they offer? You will be working with a team of warm, friendly, smiley people who are switched on and evidently, know their stuff! They offer a fantastic basic salary of £20k per annum plus a hefty OTE of up to £50k. As well as this they also supply you with a company car. The hours will be Full time working Monday through till Friday 8:30 ? 6 and every other Saturday - so you still get your weekends free twice a month. This is an opportunity not to be missed
