Electrical Bias Building Maintenance Engineer A well-established FM provider based in South London has a key requirement for a reliable, professional, experienced Mobile Electrical Biased Building services Engineer to cover commercial sites in and around London and Home Counties. As the Electrical Bias Building Maintenance Engineer, you will be: Electrical Bias Building Maintenance Engineer will be carrying out PPM's on electrical plant as well as completing basic mechanical tasks on building systems, pumps, actuators, FCU's, AHU's. Electrical Bias Building Maintenance Engineer will be completing reactive and repairs on mechanical systems and will also be required to carry out basic plumbing when needed.
