Electrician (18th edition and Part P Qualified) South West London Up to £40,000 Catch 22 are working with an excellent South West London based Property Maintenance company in their recruitment of a 18th edition and Part P Qualified Electrician. Friendly customer service, problem solving attitudes and outstanding work are at the heart of what they do. They work closely with property management teams, estate agents and private landlords as well as home owners and house buyers. We have a well versed and extensive knowledge so you can feel confident in our ability and safe in our hands. The ideal candidate will have: -18th edition and Part P (Essential) -Experience as a QS (Preferred) -Experience with domestic work ? EICR, fault finding, reactive maintenance -Flexibility and good attitude -Friendly, good customer service. We get a lot of repeat business and recommendations from clients -Reliable and good time keeping ? shows up on time, good attendance. We have had a real issue with this of late so this is a really important factor - Confident in time scales and material allowances when assessing jobs (Essential) - Can price jobs ? a lot of remedial works from EICRs (Preferred) -7-10 years? experience -Full driving license -Own tools
