The Role: You will be involved in the undertaking of high quality and timely building surveying and project management services, working from inception to completion with the minimum of supervision. The role typically will be an all-encompassing one, albeit with a great emphasis on Contract Administration and Dilapidations. There is also fantastic scope to get great exposure to Project Management experience; my client has a proven track record of this expansion of skillset, and actively encourages the crossover of discipline. About you: The successful candidate will be a qualified member of the RICS (Building Surveying pathway) and should have good knowledge of commercial and industrial asset classes.
