Job Profile for Architect - DW(phone number removed) Our client, a well-established RIBA charted architectural practice are seeking an experienced Architect to join their expanding team in Uckfield. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Architect to work on a variety of exciting, large-scale projects within the residential, mixed-use and educational sectors. The most successful Architect should have at least 2 years' previous experience working as an Architect post part III. Proficiency with Revit software and high technical ability will also be key for the most successful Architect. A high quality portfolio should also be able to be displayed on request. Projects that the Architect will be working on include a variety of small to large-scale projects, predominantly within the residential sector as well as some projects in the mixed-use and educational sectors. Our client has a reputation of delivering high-quality projects to its clientele. Technical ability will be one of the key factors with this opportunity as the successful candidate will be responsible for the technical delivery on projects. Architect Position Overview Discuss the ideas, objectives, requirements and budget of a project and in some cases help to select a site Consult with other stakeholders Draw up tender documents Produce detailed workings, drawings and specifications Use Revit software proficiently on a variety of different projects Architect Position Requirements 2 years' experience post Part III Positive attitude Proficient with Revit software Knowledge of NBS specifications would be an advantage Hard working & motivated individual Excellent communication skills Good technical ability Architect Position Remuneration Salary of £30,000 - £45,000 (DOE) 20 days holiday, increasing to 23 with 2 years' service Pension scheme Flexible working hours (subject to core working hours being met) Bennett & Game Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
