Customer Support Analyst, North West

Leading technology business based in Manchester City Centre, have created a new role for a Customer Service Analyst to support their growing client base. In this varied role you will support a number of key customers with technical queries relating to their HR & Payroll systems. Key Responsibilities will include; General upskilling and training on applications General documentation management/updates To answer telephone calls from multiple clients, in line with SLA (Service Level Agreement) Assigning categories and information to CMS cases (call logging software) Investigating client issues in relation to their applications Sending client emails through CMS Supporting consultants on client projects with project documentation Support consultants on client projects with system configuration Assisting in Client Service Pack preparation Data analysis, reports and analytics Ensure confidentiality of customer data is maintained at all times Contribute to continuous improvement programmes where required Key Skills preferred; Positive "can do" attitude Excellent communication skills Experience of Microsoft Excel and Word Experience of talking with customers on the telephone Experience of working in an HR, Payroll or Finance environment - desirable This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious candidate to join this growing business.
