Mechanical Estimator - Victoria / Remote 1st Step are currently looking to speak to experienced Mechanical Estimators to lead tenders on mechanical projects between £2-5 million, based near Victoria Our client is a small family run business, specialising in the delivery of commercial and residential projects for an existing client base. Due to flexibility we are able to look at permanent of freelance candidates, however longevity in previous roles is highly desired. The role: · Ensure tenders are prepared to a high standard. · Obtain competitive and accurate quotations from mechanical specialists. · Liaising with other members of the estimating team and contracts managers. · Carry out estimates using electronic packages. · Develop working relationships with design consultants, main contractors and clients to establish communication paths If you are looking for a new role, please get in touch or apply today
