Landscape Manager (Operations), NW1

This is an exciting role at the heart of the business and a fast track opportunity to the position of Operations Manager is available for the right candidate who can help drive efficiency and client satisfaction across the business. This position would suit someone with some landscaping and garden design experience however full training will be given. This role involves some late working and being on call to deal with urgent matters. This is a demanding but highly rewarded role for the right candidate with a great package including private health care and enhanced bonus scheme. Experience: * Garden design: 1 year (Preferred) * landscaping/construction: 3 years (Preferred) * Management: 1 year (Preferred) JOB REQUIREMENTS Key responsibilities: * Assist with the scheduling of landscape works * Assist with quotations and estimating works * Sourcing materials and plants * Ordering materials and supplies * Health and Safety including risk assessments * Site monitoring and reporting * Ordering and supplying uniform and PPE to the team * Provide holiday and emergency cover to the Operations Manager/Director * Project Management * Tool box talks * Manage deliveries/stock/essential supplies * Identify ongoing training and staff development needs * Assist on site when required * Communicating with staff, clients and contractors effectively Person specification: Highly motivated with a ?can do? attitude On site experience preferred but not essential A landscape or garden design qualification Operational experience Organised, self-starter Must be able to work under pressure and be resilient Effective communicator Driving license IT skills including word, excel, and ideally a CAD programme CSCS card Drive the position with honesty and reliability, embrace company values.
