Claims Handler Barnstaple Temporary Ongoing contract (long term) £9.16 per hour, £13.16 for hours worked on a Saturday, Bank Holidays and after 6.00pm Full time, Approx 40 hours a week We are looking for a Claims Handler to take day to day claims. You will be answering inbound and making outbound calls related to personal injury claims. The role of Claims Handler will be on an on-going temporary basis and we invite candidates who want long term work as the position is likely to become permanent. Job Description: * Answering inbound calls * Making outbound calls (Not cold calls) * Data entry * Administration tasks Experience Required * Previous experience in a high volume, call centre style role is essential * Experience within insurance or a claims handling role is advantageous Skills Required: * Excellent telephone manner * Clear spoken English * Good written English skills * Excellent numerical skills * Good attention to detail * Empathetic * Computer literate * Good typing speed * Excel Knowledge Hours of work: * Variation of shifts starting from 8.30am finishing as late as 8pm. * Also working 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota basis Apply online today!
