General Maintenance Operative London £32,000 + Bens My client is a London-based SME delivering mechanical and electrical services for both the public and private sector. They are now looking to expand their Domestic team by hiring a General Maintenance Operative to deliver exceptional workmanship across the London borough contracts. Key Responsibilities Assist with the day to day management of maintenance and repairs on domestic dwellings. General maintenance, kitchen refits, bathroom refits, tiling, painting & decorating and all other general maintenance work. Provide support for plumbing repairs throughout the property portfolio Assist with residential flat turn arounds and undertake redecorating rooms and communal areas Undertake regular building patrols to identify any maintenance requirements or Health and Safety risks, and complete all resultant actions in accordance with the core operating procedures Undertake scheduled flat inspections and recording of same.
