Nursery Manager, Barking

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Nursery Manager. You will be joining an organisation that is committed to providing young people with excellent support. As the Registered Manager you will be expected to; To manage the day to day running of all aspects of the service including; the standards and quality of care, recruitment and training issues, communication with the team. · To lead a team of staff and promote a positive, caring environment in which young people can achieve their individual targets. · Responsible for understanding and complying with statutory and legal requirements relevant to the nursery including HACCP, COSHH, Health and Safety. · To ensure the nursery is fully compliant with requirements for registration with Ofsted and to ensure continued development of good practice within the home. · To liaise professionally with partner agencies and commissioning bodies when required. Skills and Experience: To be considered you must have an extensive track record of working as a Nursery Manager delivering positive outcomes with Ofsted. You will have significant leadership skills and have operated as a deputy or registered manager Applicants must hold an NVQ Level 5 in Residential Childcare or equivalent
