Principal Building Control Surveyor, London

A local authority I am working with has an opportunity for an experienced Senior Building Control Surveyor in South London. The role will entail working on complex projects in both residential and commercial. They are looking for an expert practitioner with strong knowledge of building regulations and experience with working with High rise flats and dangerous structures. This position is to directly support the Building Control Manager in running of the department, previous managing experience is beneficial.
