Role Title: Regulatory Disputes Associate Solicitor Location: City of London Salary: Dependent on Experience An award winning Top 200 Law firm ranked top tier in a number of their disputes practices is now looking for an ambitious and positively charged regulatory litigation solicitor to join the London team. This is an exciting opportunity for a regulatory litigation solicitor with a minimum of 2+ PQE, who is looking for complex, high value work acting on regulatory/compliance matters representing the largest body's in health & safety regulations in hospitality sector. Competitive London salary rates. You will be working directly with the leading Partner on high end complex work with a stellar track record. The ideal candidate will be experienced regulatory lawyers with a background in health & safety matters gained in an established regulatory team at a leading law firm. You will be advising clients on Health & Safety, Food Safety, Environmental, Fire Safety and other regulatory/compliance matters. The role will require you to provide advice on the law and develop compliance solutions, as well as defend companies & directors for alleged breaches in courts throughout the UK.
