Role Title: Contentious Probate Partner Location: City of London Salary: Dependent on Experience A long established London firm with several offices and Top 200 status are recruiting a Contentious Probate Partner to join their team. The team is rated as 'Top Tier' by the Legal 500, and also commended in Chambers & Partners. Senior team members are recognised as 'Leading Individuals' in the Legal 500 and 'Ranked Lawyer' in Chambers and Partners. The firm has identified growth in Disputes as one of its core strategic priorities for the next 3-5 years. As part of that, the firm is looking for a senior contentious probate lawyer or Partner to take a lead role in developing this growing practice area, based in London. This is an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate to further develop their skills and reputation in this practice area at a firm committed to ambitious growth and where individual commercial innovation is actively encouraged. You will be an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor, with at least 10 years PQE, and currently be working within a large regional or City Firm. You must have a client following and candidates with a following at Senior Associate level will also be considered. Ideally candidates will also have a general Private Client background so that they will be able to cross over with the wider Private Client team.
