Role Title: Court of Protection Partner Location: City of London Salary: Dependent on Experience Our client is a long established, top 200 law firm with offices across the country. They are ranked in the UK Chambers & Partners Directory and are a Lexcel accredited Law Firm with a specialist Court of Protection team. They have established a strong record in representing the interests of vulnerable adults, both in the everyday execution of their affairs, and in the protection from and prosecution against abuse, coercion and exploitation. They have an opening for a Senior Solicitor or Partner to join their reputable Court of Protection team based in their central London offices, where you will advise and support clients on all Court of Protection matters including managing/making decisions relating to property and financial affairs, preparing LPA?s, drafting applications to the Court of Protection, preparation of annual reports and billing and file management. What our client is looking for: * The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years? experience of working in a Court of Protection Department * High level of commercial awareness with strong attention to detail and good drafting skills * Conscientious, hardworking, with developed critical thinking abilities along with excellent communication skills * Ability to work as part of a team and support more junior staff members * Ability to work to strict deadlines, targets and client protocols while maintaining high standards in terms of accuracy and quality You must have a client following and candidates with a following at Senior Associate level will also be considered. What our client can offer you: * A competitive salary.
