Our client have a great reputation within the market and are a financially sound business. Due to recent project wins they are recruiting for a driven and self motivated Senior Estimator. Our client operates across both the public & private sectors, with much of this coming from repeat, long standing clients. Project values range between £50Mil - £300Mil. The role is for an estimator with experience working on residential new build schemes from £40m upwards who has experience in the following - Land viability and appraisal - Cost Management - Price and data analysis - Assisting material selection - Managing trade and supplier relations Your background will include a strong track record working on new build residnetial schemes, working for a reputable main contractor. Your drive, leadership qualities and commitment to deliver quality will be some of your key attributes.
