A specialist family law firm are looking to hire a Childcare Solicitor to join their established department. The Opportunity: Joining an established department you will support two experienced Partners with their caseload along with being responsible for your own files, under supervision. Around 70% of your caseload will be care related, to include dealing with orders; guardianship; local authorities; abduction and adoption. Although your caseload with be legal aid focused you will along gain some exposure to general family work, including divorce and finance, which is private. The role is available immediately and the firm are able to offer a strong support network and flexible working.
