Private Client Tax Director, Leatherhead

A truly outstanding opportunity to join on of the UK?s leading Accountancy Practices in a senior leadership role, as our client, a Top 25 firm, are looking for a Private Client Tax Director to join the team in their Surrey offices What?s on Offer? * Salary - £70,000 - £100,000 (Negotiable) * Industry leading benefits package * Join one of the UK?s top firms in a Senior Leadership role, playing your part in shaping and developing the Private Client team, and the office as a whole * Genuine progression and development opportunities, with Partnership available for the right person Key Duties & Responsibilities * Engaging with the partners and directors to service clients and forming part of the office?s leadership team * Lead the delivery of a private client vision for the office, in conjunction with the Trust Director * Providing tax consultancy advice over the full range of private client tax related matters to clients and partners / directors. This may include planning for non-domiciled and international clients, offshore tax planning, inheritance tax and estate planning * Working with relationship partners and directors to service existing and new clients, ensuring that planning and cross selling opportunities are identified * Develop and manage own client base, identifying additional opportunities and introducing clients to the wider services available * Develop the interaction of the private client team with the firm?s wealth management business and leverage the opportunities this creates * Promote private client tax and liaise with the firm?s senior team to provide content for marketing materials, etc. * Mentor, develop and train junior managers with a focus on developing a Brighter Thinking Advisory mindset The Ideal Candidate * Experience in a Private Client Tax role within a mid-tier or large professional services firm * Experience in dealing with and advising High Net Worth individuals * High level of technical advisory expertise within private client tax, and ideally an area of specialism * CTA qualified * ACA or STEP qualifications are desired but not essential * Strong relationship building, networking and business development skills For more details on this role please apply, or contact Kieron Whitehead at AJ Chambers Recruitment
