Business Development Manager Job title: Business Development Manager Salary: 25,000-£30,000 (OTE £50,000) Location: London Start Date: Early October Essential Requirements: Previous outbound B2B new business sales experience within recruitment technology/Recruitment or HR We are working with a recruitment technology company based in London who are bringing a solution to what is going to be a growing problem for recruiters. With the increasing volume of applications per role, finding the right candidate within a large volume of applications is becoming harder. Our client has created an AI solution that looks to cut through the noise and helps you find the perfect candidate amongst all of the applications. This is a unique offering for the HR/Recruitment tech industry and therefore have a great opportunity for new business sales. The candidate we are looking for will have a background working within recruitment or recruitment technology to fully understand the problems and pain points of your end client. This is a new business sales role which will predominantly involve outbound new business B2B sales calls. However, you will be able to use several avenues to generate new opportunities these can include: * LinkedIn * Video * Expo?s & Conferences * Networking Events * Podcasts This role carries a basic salary of £25k - 30k, boosted to a possible £50,000 with commission. The key responsibilities of the role are: * Identifying sales targets and prospects and new leads * Completing several calls to prospects each day, selling our value proposition to get them on board * Securing your assigned number of sales appointments * Documenting all call activities in the company's CRM system * Completing full discovery calls to get a detailed overview of they clients needs and requirements * Completing online demos of the product ?
