Our client is an established and reputable Private Surveying Consultancy based in West London and due to strong order book and plans for growth looking to add to their team within the Building Control discipline. You will be responsible for examining and commenting on plans for new buildings, alterations or extensions. overseeing the work of building surveyors and providing them with supportive management, issuing approval to start building work and completion certificates. You must hold a relevant professional membership such as RICS, CIOB, CABE and have previous experience of Building Control either for Private sector or Local Authority
