Mobile Mechanical and Electrical Engineer, Uxbridge

Duties include the maintenance of air conditioning units, remedial maintenance, electromechanical repairs, water cooled condensing units, air handling units, water testing, risk assessments, BMS monitoring, CCTV and door access maintenance, alarm testing. Writing and producing clear reports via the supplied PDA, liaise and report to client and back office, excellent levels of customer service is essential given the High level clients and corporations you will be visiting. Candidates must be able to identify and report unsafe situations. Candidates must have the following as a minimum qualifying rate: Level 2 Air Conditioning maintenance and repair F-gas 17th/18th Edition 5 years minimum experience Knowledge or qualifications in any of the following would be hugely beneficial: * BMS repair experience * VRV, VRF & Split systems * Test & Inspection Candidates must have no more that 3 penalty points on your driving license Salary: £38 - £41,000pa (40 hours per week) Overtime available and paid at 1.5 your standard rate.
