Registered Manager, Rainham and Wennington

Children's Registered Home Manager Rainham 40000 to 50000 plus benefits My client is a well established Child Care provider within the UK and they currently have a fantastic opportunity for a registered childrens home manager to take over one of their homes in the Rainham area. This a registered home for 3 children with EBD. Some of the responsibilities for a Registered Home Manager will include; *Becoming Registered with Ofsted to manage the home. *Ensuring all home is managed to a high standard in line with Ofsted legislation. *Ensuring all staff are recruited, and supervisions and reviews are conducted . *To liaise with all outside agencies building relationships new and existing. *To provide support to all children within their home. As a registered children's home manager you will need to have previously been within a similar position and have been previously registered as a managed with Ofsted. You will also need to hold a relevant Care Management qualification. This is a full time permanent position, offering a fantastic salary and benefits.
