Joinery Project Surveyor***** GVR Solutions are working with a Carpentry and Joinery subcontractor who have a turnover of £16m, they undertake projects across all sectors within London and the South East. The projects they undertake range from £250,000 to £10 million, their services they provide is a supply and fix, 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, including roofing, structural, flooring, turnkey fit out including washrooms They have built solid and trustworthy relationships with clients across all sectors, they put great emphasis on high standards of work and understanding the clients requirements. As Joinery Project Surveyor you will: * Be accountable for day to day running of the project * Assist in establishing a client?s requirements and undertake feasibility studies * Cost control, cash flow, financial reporting and advice to Management teams * Take ownership & leadership of the team * Liaise with Internal teams on project progress and problems * Reporting all aspects of the project, Cost, timeframes, problems, risks, solutions * Site based with weekly progress report meetings at the main office * Liaise with Client and ensure Client satisfaction through-out the project * Assist with project final accounts * Be involved in pre-contract to completion on projects, managing costs throughout against budget * Identify Opportunities and risks * Liaise with Design teams and internal management to ensure health & safety and Quality Standards As a Joinery Project Surveyor, you must have/be: * A proven track record in project surveying * Joinery background is essential * Organised and good time management * Excellent analytical skills to make informed, balanced business decision and reporting * Demonstrate Contractual Awareness * Self-sufficient * Proven track record of delivering construction projects * Excellent communication and oral skills * Comfortable liaising with Clients and Senior Management * Stable employment history * High-performing individual * Dynamic & Driven * Strong attention to detail * Versatile If you meet all the Joinery Project Surveyor requirements, then please get in touch
