Skilled Hard Landscaper, Kentisbeare

Are you an enthusiastic and reliable Hard Landscaper local to Devon and want a great working environment? We are looking for dynamic people to maintain to organise and motivate various sites, ensuring all hard landscaping and ground works are delivered to a high standard which meets customer expectations. Our client is one of the leading Landscaping contractors, specialising in all aspects of soft and hard landscaping. As part of their growth plans this year they are now looking to recruit a Skilled Hard Landscaper. The successful candidate will work to their own initiative and organise resources to deliver an effective service delivery of landscaping duties including: setting levels, excavate and level a site undertake groundworks prepare bases and foundations lay paving slabs, block paving and stone setts Build bricks and dry-stone effect or stone-faced walls, apply tier walling, build steps and other hard landscaping features Excavate, construct, line and dress water features The successful landscaper will have: A proven record of accomplishment in all aspects of hard landscaping The ability to self-motivate and the desire to work within a team Ideally 5 years experience within the industry Competent in using the appropriate power tools (360-degree excavator, dumper, rotovator, grinders, disc cutter and circular saw ) where required CSCS card is Desirable Previous experience and the ability to operate a range of machines  Excellent awareness of Health & Safety and implementing procedures Proven ability to achieve/exceed business objectives Experience implementing quality standards and working to customer specifications In return for this, the Skilled Landscaper will be working in a professional environment, with salary DOE and expectation, Joining a team that believes in a work-hard, play-hard approach.
