Team Leader / Deputy Manager - Homecare, Hounslow

We are looking for a Full Time, Permanent Team Leader (Domiciliary Care) for Adults with Learning Disabilities. You will be living close to the London Borough of Hounslow or nearby town and be willing to commute to the Elmbridge & Runnymede area of Surrey. A car driver is essential as this role is Community Based. * £22?275 per annum * Contributory Pension & Life Cover * Paid DBS * 7 Day Rota, earlies, lates, 1 sleep in per week * On Call Rota Location & The Service This Team Leader job vacancy is commutable from Hounslow, covering the Runnymede and Elmbridge area of Surrey. The Service itself provides Domiciliary Support for Adults with Learning Disabilities either within Supported Living Schemes or within their own homes. Deputy Service Manager Qualified to Level 3 or above, as the Team Leader, you would be instrumental in the overall management of the Supported Living & Domiciliary Care Service. This is a great service supported living service for individuals with learning disabilities and autism. They aim to promote their independence, always providing a person-centred approach and ensuring the individuals get the most out of their independence. Duties * Supervision, leadership, and management of the staff team. * Cascading company values and ethos across your teams. * Promote fantastic community links and personcentred approaches. * Ensure leadership is promoting a personcentred support approach. * To manage the service to meet all guidelines and regulatory agencies. * Ensure as a Service you are meeting the needs and aspirations of the people you support.
