Taking overall responsibility for the success of your product Delivering the product within the required timescales Contributing towards product strategy and vision Meeting regularly with all stakeholders, including product developers, marketing, sales, trading, customer service, finance and company heads Collecting analysing and responding to user feedback Gathering and evaluating ideas and opinions Planning new features and changes to a product Demonstrating new ideas and features to stakeholders Creating timelines and roadmaps for developing the product Attending conferences and events related to the product or sector Implementing or supporting marketing campaigns Creating and overseeing development and project management processes Inspiring and enthusing colleagues and users of the product Learning about users and a product's market Researching competitors and similar products YOU NEED TO HAVE? 3 years Product Management experience, including mobile applications (Android & iOS), websites and technology platforms A passion for delivery: you have a track record of delivery You love: being hands on, getting things done, and exceeding all expectations Passionate: About new technology and consumer trends A leader by example: You have a team mentality, putting others above yourself, and care about personal and team performance Agile: You are comfortable with change and get up to speed with new systems and concepts easily A strong communicator: You are reliable, self-organized, pragmatic, and find solutions that are best for our users without any technical debt Alignment to our values: you demonstrate alignment to our values of Customer Service, Owning your Own Development, Owning the conversation, Working as a Team and Entrepreneurial spirit TO BE CONSIDERED?
