Social Worker - Rough Sleepers, Enfield

iPeople are currently recruiting for an Experienced Social Worker within a Rough Sleepers Team within North London. A Locum role Paying up to £31, You will be working with vulnerable children and young adults as well as their families, with the main aim of making a real difference to their lives. Experienced qualified Social Worker required ? Enfield Council have successfully bid for funding for a Level 3 Social Worker to provide intensive support to approximately 20 -25 entrenched rough sleepers with high/complex needs housed into settled accommodation through our Housing First model. Your role will involve the assessment of health, circumstances and support needs and where appropriate linking rough sleepers in with appropriate services such as primary care, relevant Social Services teams, Mental Health Services and Substance Misuse Services ? The role will also involve: o The assessment of health, circumstances and support needs of a small number of entrenched rough sleepers with high/complex needs who are bedded down in sleep sites, or housed in emergency accommodation in Enfield. o Linking these rough sleepers with appropriate services such as primary care, relevant social services teams, Mental Health Services and Substance Misuse Services When you choose iPeople as your recruitment agency, you can expect: Your choices to be respected.
