Jobs: Site Manager - Traditional Build Residential, BN27

My client is seeking a Site Manager to work on a new build traditional residential development in East Sussex.  The successful Site Manager will be responsible for a 47 unit site from ground through to completion. You will have experience managing similar sized sites as the number one Site Manager, overseeing all trades, managing the site inductions, reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager on a weekly basis. You will have worked as a number one on traditional build projects and will have a strong technical understanding of traditional build construction.  To be considered for this Site Manager role, you must have valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.  This Site Manager position is being offered on a permanent basis paying up to £55k + Package.  If you are interested in this Site Manager role, please forward your CV to (url removed)
