Senior Service Engineer (DMR Radio Systems) £45,000 - £55,000 + Car + Company Benefits London Are you a Service Engineer from a DMR Radio Systems background looking for training and development into a senior management role and to become Chief Engineer? Are you a highly skilled radio communications engineer looking for the opportunity for a step up in your career and learn management techniques and systems? On offer is a hands on, service engineer role with progression into management. You will be responsible for ensuring contracts are completed and service levels met with some of the UK's leading organisations and blue chip clients in the Oil & Gas, Power industries as well as MOD and Government agencies. You will be responsible for writing RAMS and managing engineers workload in the field. You will also be responsible for managing the workshop and the flow of work in and out of the business. You will also be hands on and choose which pressing clients need attention whilst being a technical leader in the company.
