Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer - London - Up to £36,000 - Zones 1,2&3 Travel Card I have a fantastic opportunity to work for a successful maintenance company working in the City across a number of high-end commercial buildings such as office space and studio's. You will be required to travel around Central London undertaking PPM's, service and reactive work on a range of electrical plant as well as some mechanical plant such as AHU's, FCU's, Air Con etc. Hours Monday to Friday - 08:00 -16:30 Benefits Basic Salary of £36,000 22 Days Annual leave + Bank Holidays Travel Card - Zone 1,2 &3 Pension Healthcare Overtime available Career progression - opportunity to progress into a Supervisor Responsibilities Electrical and Mechanical PPM's and Reactive maintenance General building services tasks Working as part of a small maintenance team to deliver a great service to the client Duties will include: Electrical fault finding, wiring, emergency lights, power distribution, sockets, circuits, belts changes, filter changes and coil cleans on AHU's / FCU's, boiler resets, chiller checks, BMS Monitoring etc. Requirements Electrical - City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 or Equivalent 17th or 18th Edition Client Facing Commercial Building Maintenance Experience This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful maintenance provider that look after their staff and offer genuine opportunity to develop your career.
