In return you will receive a salary of £28,438 (negotiable) dependent upon experience, other benefits include excellent training and support for career development. 21 days holiday increasing with each years' service to a maximum of 29 days (excluding Bank Holidays). What are the working hours? You will be working 36.00 hours per week, 9.00am - 5.15 pm, Monday to Friday. What will you be doing on a daily basis? "An understanding of Agile and Government Digital Standards "A solid track record of delivering performance improvements, efficiencies and enhanced user experience "A solid understanding of operational excellence and how to ensure new ways of working are successfully implemented and embedded "Experience of managing in an operational/transactional environment. "Experience of working with data structures and an understanding of data mapping and data architecture "Strong analytical ability with attention to detail, specifically focusing on analysing and interpreting complex data with a view to producing accurate and meaningful reports "Inclusive team worker who can foster partnerships, work collaboratively across teams to achieve desired performance, and outcomes in a demanding and pressurised environment independently and as part of a team Main Duties / Accountabilities: "Understand and document the baseline and current state of technology adoption across Harrow "Collaborate with the User Support Manager and other managers to develop comprehensive plans for improving technology adoption and transformation.
