Your responsibilities will include: Dealing with a wide range of customers across the German and Polish market Providing first-class customer support Maintaining client/customer satisfaction Ensuring that all enquiries are being responded to in a timely manner Managing second-line support calls from resellers and subcontractors Entering information into the call management database, monitoring the call escalations and where necessary escalating the call to the next appropriate level of customer service managementAbout you: It is essential for you to be confident and well-spoken as you will be dealing with various clients/customers and you must have strong language skills in German, Polish and English to a native level.
