Corby Permanent £40,000 - £45,000 per annum Benefits: 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), private pension scheme, private healthcare, free car parking and vehicle. We are recruiting an experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading construction company based in Corby. This successful company is well established and are proud to one of the leaders within their industry. This is a permanent role, based within a friendly team environment. The main purpose of this role is to provide manage multiple construction projects to completion. MAIN DUTIES: * Manage and organise site activities. * Liaise with clients to secure future work projects * Ensuring that the works are installed to current legislation and company standards * Interpret and read construction drawings and communicate with other teams including Designers and Project Managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic along with a proven track record within the construction industry and knowledge of steel manufacturing, installation processes and building regulations. You will have the ability to build relationships and lead a team through good communication.
