Welder / Fabricator £12ph / Corby, Northamptonshire Welder £12ph 50hrs per week Monday to Thursday 7.30am start Corby, Northamptonshire Temporary Immediate Start We are recruiting for Welders who hold a CSCS Card to join our client's team based in Corby. Northants to work on, off-site projects. Our clients are one of the UK's largest secondary steel and architectural steel suppliers, based in Corby Northamptonshire. You will primarily be assisting skilled welders in welding sheet metal of gauges 1mm-10mm, Structural steels and a variety of other sections, Materials being welded are Mild Steel, stainless steel and sometimes aluminium. You will also have the opportunity to assist skilled sheet metal workers in fabrication techniques, such as bending, forming, rolling, deburring, and drilling, welding and general production, amongst other duties. The type of environment you will work on, is construction sites, you will travel from our client's premises in Corby Northants to your location of work. Overnight accommodation will be paid for. Locations will primarily be across the midlands and the south of England and some parts of London, with possible north of England location. The ideal candidate will have the following Experienced Welder with CSCS card (essential) Experience of working with risk assessments and safe systems of work Able to adapt to changing schedules and routines - flexibility essential. Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team Be prepared to work long hours. Able to work well under pressure.
