Package: Up to £38,000 basic salary Continental - Days & Nights Loads of overtime available if desired Single person shift Pension Sick Pay Share Save schemes Employees Assistance programme Discounted offers Holiday Plus Inspiring People Awards Long Service Award/Recognition event Professional subscription Travel to Work season ticket loan Career breaks Cycle to Work - salary sacrifice scheme Dental Plan Duties: Emergency Light Tests, Electrical Repairs, including lights, Fault finding, Temperature Control - (BMS), Filter Changes on all fan coil units/AHUs, Pump repairs, First response to incidents - leaks, power outage including critical supplies, Water Management - Flushing Routines, L8 Responsibilities, PAT Testing, AC, Be able to work on their own and as part of a team, H&S focus - carrying out risk assessments / method statements, Managing Contractors on site - H&S inductions/Permit to work, Ensure compliance (certificates online), Trained on use of a MEWP, IPAF, Keeping Statutory Log Books & records up to date, Stock Checks/Inventory & Time Management, Working to timescales and SLAs, Use of web top phone, unblocking sinks/toilets, Painting/General Maintenance, Desk Moves.
