Marks Consulting Partners are looking for an M&E Surveyor who can undertake a technically focused role in ensuring that a Capital Programme delivery team and its partnering contractors are fully briefed as to the expected scope and performance of design. Main responsibilities include: * Cross-examine the Keystone and Orchard databases, and other sources of background information * Management of external consultants (specialist M&E) to ensure that the needs of the brief have been interpreted and the consultants understand what is expected of them * To be the key information source for all strategic matters relating to the condition of M&E systems and planned works to maintain or replace these systems * Risk assessment analysis of issues highlighted by external consultants * Ensuring correct & appropriate contract and tender information is passed to the procurement team * Close monitoring, assessment and questioning of the rationale for and potential delivery of projects to appropriately define a programme of works.
