Building Facade Surveyor, London

The Oyster Partnership are currently working with a fire safety consultancy who specialise in Building Facade and Cladding for high-rise residential buildings. We are currently in the market for Building Facade Safety Surveyors. The Role You will be responsible for conducting in-depth, investigative surveys on new and existing cladding and building facades. This will include, but not be limited to: * Measuring cavity barriers, fixing materials, and the integrity of building fabric * Drilling samples to be sent for analysis * Assessing the suitability of fire stopping measures and materials used * Ensuring compliance with updated building regulations and building safety legislation The Candidate Any successful candidate will need: * Surveying Degree * Membership of professional body desirable (e.g. RICS, IFE CABE) * Experience surveying properties complex building (residential or commercial) in relation to H&S and Compliance * Understanding of fire/building safety regulations and guidelines How To Apply If you are interested int he role and would like to see a full JD, please apply below with an up to date CV and contact details
