Accounts Assistant/Trafford/£23,000/Temp to Perm Client Details Page Personnel have an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to start an immediate temporary contract in Trafford. The role will offer the right person plenty of opportunity to learn new skills and gain exposure within a busy finance department. Description The key responsibilities of the accounts assistant include, but are not limited to: Taking full ownership and management of various types of bills including scanning, checking, inputting and querying; contacting suppliers on daily basis to ensure prompt payments Reconciliation of supplier statements Dealing with internal and external supplier queries Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing accounts details Inputting, checking and coding supplier invoices. Report writingProfile To be considered for this role, you must: Be immediately available for work and able to travel to Trafford Have working knowledge financial systems Possess strong communication skills both verbally and written Be a strong excel user - will be will required to build your own sheets to keep information tidy and easy to work withJob Offer Temp to perm opportunity Currently working from home (travel to the office may be required once a week) Competitive salary
