Local Authority Property Lawyer, Bromley

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Local Authority Property Lawyer on behalf of my client, a South London Council. The successful applicant will manage their own caseload of routine cases and will provide legal advice to officers and elected members. They will conduct proceedings in courts and tribunals, including the preparation of witness statements and assisting officers in preparation of court documentation. My client is looking specifically for a qualified legal professional with experience of dealing with routine and complex property transactions, general litigation, and experience of local government.
