Mploy staffing solutions are currently supporting a local business, recruiting for the role of Injection Moulding Machine Operator. You will be required to work the shifts of Monday to Thursday 8.00am until 4.45pm and Friday 8.00am until 3.45pm. On a temporary to permanent basis. Working as part of a team the role will suit someone with Injection Moulding or manufacturing process experience, although full training will be provided. Due to Covid-19 we have implemented many controls to prevent any potential spread and protect all our colleagues to best our abilities. Duties and Responsibilities Operate & Maintain Injection Mould machines Produce manufactured products to the required standards Always follow health & Safety guidance & procedures Identify & report any faulty or non-conforming products Report any issues that may occur immediately either with the machine or product Pack parts as required and appropriately Maintain clean & tidy work areas, use good housekeeping Record manufacturing process, parts made etc on the ERP (Winman) Shop floor data capture system Use SOP or as instructed Support any process improvements activities Skills and Attributes A good eye for detail Safe working practices Worked in a fast-paced environment Good English skills both written & verbal Punctual & reliable Have a positive attitude, & be respectful to others Experience in manufacturing environment You will be entitled to use the companies on site gym facilities for free before and after your shifts! - Saving you the cost of a gym membership!If you feel you fit the bill then I would love to hear from you, so please do send your application through via this advert.
