A Senior Technical Support Engineer with a good understanding of Embedded Systems, an Engineering Degree and a British Passport (due to Defence related customers) will use their expertise to provide technical support for a range of embedded products, Key Requirements for the Technical Support Engineer Embedded Systems role: ? Holder of a British Passport. ? Degree in Engineering or Computer Science. ? Knowledge of x86 architecture. ? Good knowledge of embedded software applications. ? Excellent customer facing skills. ? An understanding of embedded system requirements. ? Familiarity with various military standards such as Vita, MIL-STD-810 etc. In this Senior Technical Support Engineer role you will advise on development systems and custom turnkey solutions; assist in checking the various technical aspects of the system RFQs as well as providing customer facing support for any systems design.
