Social Worker / Senior Social Worker - Children in Need - Wandsworth - Up to £42,710 plus £2,000 welcome payment and a retention of £3,000 every two years Social Personnel are delighted to be working with London Borough of Richmond and Wandsworth on their permanent Children's Social Care vacancies, for two different teams: Referral and Assessment, and Children in Need. In these frontline roles you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality and responsive social work service, acting as the lead professional in statutory cases - including child protection, care proceedings, and looked-after children - while undertaking the full range of social work tasks with children in need and their families. They are looking for people with a 'can do' attitude, who are prepared to be accountable for achieving the best possible outcomes. You will need a relevant social work qualification and Social Work Englan membership, along with experience in a similar role and you will need to have completed your ASYE.
