As a result of continued expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team. We are seeking an experienced individual to manage a busy, high volume, professional negligence caseload. Working within a friendly but professional environment, for the right candidate our client offer fantastic mid-long term career prospects! The ideal candidate: * A solicitor with 4-5 years PQE. * A proven track record of running your own professional negligence claims caseload. * Excellent communication skills - You are able to communicate advice to clients in a clear and concise manner and communicate with opponents and their advisors in a professional manner. * Highly organised and able to work well under pressure. * You are capable of efficiently running a large caseload and working to deadlines. * IT skills ? you will have experience of working with case management systems, preferably Proclaim. * Administrative skills ? you will have excellent administrative and case management skills. * Team player ?you will be a team player as you will be working in a very collegial environment.
